By accessing or using Vink (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Vink is currently offered as a free, invite-only beta, and these terms apply to all beta participants.
Vink is an AI sales assistant that operates over WhatsApp. It transcribes messages and voice notes you send it, updates records in the CRM systems you connect, and answers questions about your pipeline. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for reviewing the changes Vink makes before relying on them.
Access to the beta is by invitation. You may not share your invite or access credentials with third parties. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your connected WhatsApp number and CRM accounts.
You agree not to use Vink to send spam, harass others, process data you have no right to process, or violate any law, third-party right, or the terms of any connected service such as your CRM provider or WhatsApp.
Vink and all its content, software, and branding are owned by Vink and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the notes and data you submit. You grant Vink a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
Vink uses automated transcription and language models, which can occasionally misinterpret information. Vink is not a substitute for your own review, and you should verify important CRM updates before acting on them.
The beta is provided as-is, and features may change or be discontinued at any time. We may modify or end the beta program, or transition it into a paid product, with reasonable notice to participants.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, lost data, or errors introduced into connected systems.
