1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vink sales intelligence platform (the "Service") operated by Vink Inc. ("Vink", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Vink helps sales teams and founders see their pipeline, prepare for meetings, track leads and relationships, and stay on top of follow-ups across email, calendar, and CRM. We may add, change, or remove features over time, with reasonable notice for material changes.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you must notify us at support@tryvink.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law or third-party right, to process data you do not have the right to process, to send spam or harass anyone, to interfere with or disrupt the Service, or to breach the terms of any service you connect to Vink, such as your CRM, email, or calendar provider.
5. Third-party services
Vink integrates with third-party services that you connect, including CRM, email, and calendar providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Vink is not responsible for their availability, actions, or content.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, content, and branding, is owned by Vink Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit or connect through your accounts. You grant Vink a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Automated processing may produce errors, and you are responsible for reviewing information and updates before relying on them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vink Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, lost data, or lost profits, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.
