Data from connected services: when you connect services such as your email, calendar, CRM, or team communication tools, we receive the data those services share with us, including message content from connected services. We use this data to provide features such as pipeline visibility, meeting prep, daily briefs, and follow-up tracking.

Usage data: information about how you use the Service, such as features used, log data, and device information.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to provide and operate the Service, sync your connected services, prepare briefs and meeting context, manage reminders and follow-ups, provide support, maintain security, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Google user data

If you connect Google services (such as Gmail or Google Calendar) to Vink, Vink's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Third-party processors

We share data with service providers that help us operate the Service, such as hosting providers, email delivery providers, and the CRM providers you connect. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies, and we share only the data needed for them to perform their function.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you close your account, we delete or de-identify your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
